All our garments are handmade, custom made and made to order
we do not provide any refund.

All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU).
Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We do not cover them for customers.
Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.
Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional
costs will be prior to purchase.
All prices are indicated in euros and all taxes included.
The value added tax is the one in force on the French territory.
The prices applied are those shown on the site at the time of ordering.
The debit of the client’s order is made at the validation of the order,
in the condition that the authorization of debit of his account has formerly
been received from the competent payment centers, otherwise his order
cannot be taken into account.
Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email
immediately and follow up with a shipping notification and tracking number.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately
at baemaboat@gmail.com so that we can help file a claim with
the shipping carrier.
For most garments, please allow up to 30 business days
(monday to friday, holidays not included) to process,
as they are made to order.
If for some reasons the delivery is delayed you will be informed by email with a new delivery date.
